1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products offered on the website www.margotdelcoco.com, operated by Margot Del Coco. Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
Margot Del Coco Custom Sneakers
The products offered for sale are customized sneakers. Each creation is made to order according to the customization choices specified by the customer when placing the order. The photographs and visuals presented on the website are non-contractual.
3. Orders
Margot Del Coco Custom Sneakers
Orders are placed exclusively through the website. An order is considered final only after payment has been validated. Margot Del Coco reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.
4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT included). Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are available within Europe only. The average delivery time is 15 business days from payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on production workload or the carrier. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering.
6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.
Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted for customized sneakers.
In the event of an error by Margot Del Coco (incorrect model, size, or customization differing from the order) or a defect identified upon delivery, the customer must contact customer service at margot@margotdelcoco.com within 7 days of receipt.
A replacement solution or store credit will then be offered.
7. Legal Warranties
The products benefit from the legal warranties provided under Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code (conformity warranty) and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code (warranty against hidden defects).
The customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to take action under these warranties.
8. Liability
Margot Del Coco shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.
The company shall not be held responsible for any inappropriate use of its products.
9. Personal Data
The information collected through the website is necessary for order processing and management.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by writing to margot@margotdelcoco.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.margotdelcoco.com (texts, images, design, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Margot Del Coco and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing such agreement, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts having authority over the registered office of Margot Del Coco, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
